  1. Before using your Fryer, use a high grade Degreasing Tablet, to clean the tank.
  2. Fill tank with water.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Drop Degreaser Tablet into the tank and let boil for 45 minutes.
  5. Rinse tank with fresh water.
  6. Towel Dry. Now you are ready for your first cook out.
  7. After cooking in your fryer about 6-8 times; your oil will need to be filtered. (Be sure to
    filter your oil into a clean container.)
  8. When you have drained the oil, fill the tank full of water.
  9. Put Basket(s) inside tank for cleaning. Bring water to a boil, drop in your Degreaser
    Tablet and boil for 30 minutes.
  10. The Degreasing Tablet will break up all of the hardened debris in the bottom (not bones)
    of the tank. It will also clean all of the oil scum from around the sides of the tank. You will
    have a perfectly clean fryer for your next cook out.
  11. Pour the filtered oil back into the tank.
  12. Top off with some fresh oil.
  13. You can do this up to 20-25 cookings.
  14. It will save you lots of money on oil. This is how McDonald's, Burger King & Popeye's
    clean their tanks to save money on oil.
  15. By following these instructions you will re-coop your investment in a short period of time,
    by saving money on oil.
  16. ** If you won't be using your fryer for several weeks, after you clean your fryer, you
    should spray the inside of your unit with a cooking spray, to prevent rust.
